Founder & CEO

Academic Background

I graduated from York St John University in the United Kingdom with an MSc in Human Resource Management in 2024. My academic focus included sustainability, which aligns with Bhutan’s ‘High Value, Low Volume’ tourism policy.

Sustainability Training

I am proud to be the first Bhutanese individual to receive Carbon Literacy Training and to complete a Sustainable Global Experience through Pagoda Projects, an initiative offered by York St John University.

Establishment of Phen Phen Maa Travel Agent

In January 2025, I established Phen Phen Maa Travel Agent. With extensive experience in the tourism sector, I founded the agency to promote travel to Bhutan while upholding sustainable tourism practices.
