• Schengen visa application assistance and consultation
• Document preparation and review services
• Visa appointment booking assistance
• Tour package bookings and travel arrangements
• Travel consultation and advisory services

3. Eligibility and Service Limitations

Our Schengen visa services are available to:

• Bhutanese citizens residing in UK, Cyprus, Dubai, Kuwait, or Qatar
• Indian citizens residing in the United Kingdom
• Nepali citizens residing in the United Kingdom

We reserve the right to decline services if eligibility criteria are not met.

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Service prices are as displayed on our website and are subject to change
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• Additional fees may apply for expedited services or special requests

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Visa Services:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before document review: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• Visa application rejections: Service fee is non-refundable

Tour Packages:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before: 25% refund

6. Limitation of Liability

Phen Phen Maa Travel provides consultation and assistance services. We do not guarantee visa approval as the final decision rests with the respective embassies and consulates. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid and does not include any consequential damages.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Attend visa appointments as scheduled
• Comply with embassy/consulate requirements
• Notify us immediately of any changes to travel plans

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and using it solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United Kingdom.
